Hair Transplantation with FUE Method

What is Hair Transplantation with FUE Method?

The FUE method is an abbreviation of the term “Folicular Unit Extraction”. It is the most commonly used method to take hair follicles from the donor area of the patients. In the FUE method, the hair is taken one by one and transferred to the bald areas. Before the root removal process, the hair in the donor area is cut and shortened. The area where the hair follicle will be taken is anesthetized with local anesthetic drugs. The micro motor tip is brought close to the center of the hair root, dipped into the skin and pulled in accordance with the exit angle of the root. The root is cut along with the follicle and the surrounding tissue. It is pulled with a forceps and the follicular unit is separated from the skin. Thanks to this system, which reduces the damage to the grafts in the operation, the operation times are shortened and the number of grafts taken has increased.

When Does the Donor Area (Rooting Area) Heal in FUE Method?

The donor area is the area where the transplanted roots are taken. After the procedure, it shows a healing process in the same way as the planting area. After about 10 days, it will regain its natural state with its hair growth. If you want to have the operation once again, it is necessary to wait at least 6 months after the operation date to be ready for the hair removal process again.

What is Sapphire Method?

In today’s world, while we encounter innovations every day, there are developments in hair transplantation techniques. Within the framework of these innovations, the solid, sharp and smooth tips obtained from the precious stone called “Sapphire” are used as a channel opening method in hair transplantation. It provides a healthier, more frequent operation and a quick recovery process. The positive results obtained from the processes performed with the sapphire method increased its spread and usage in a short time.

How is Sapphire Method Applied?

“Sapphire” is primarily a channeling method. Previously, the method called metal slit was used. Sapphire method responded to our patients’ requests for more frequent and natural results and faster healing process. As in every transplant process, in this process, the roots are taken from the nape (donor) area with the fue method. Grooving process is performed with Sapphire tip in accordance with the right angle and direction.

Sapphire Method Advantages

  • Low risk of infection
  • Fast healing process and rapid hair growth
  • Frequent and more natural operation result

What is Painless Anesthesia Method?

There are many people who have a fear of needles and have a low pain threshold. With this method, pain and suffering are minimized. In the method applied with this device, anesthesia is applied under the skin of the area to be treated with strong pressure instead of a needle. In this way, patients who are hesitant to undergo the procedure due to fear of needles can have the procedure done with peace of mind.
